My approach combines personal experience of gynaecological illness, IVF, and birth trauma, with professional training as an ICF-accredited life coach and my background as a paramedic. You’ll explore how trauma and stress affect your responses, and build tools to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout. This includes breathwork, grounding, and gentle mindset shifts.
This is about identity beyond pain. We’ll work on rebuilding your sense of self—who you are now, what matters to you, and how to live in line with your values.
You’ll learn how to make sense of what’s happened, release blame, and step into your story with strength. We look at language, beliefs, and how to speak about your experience with power—not shame.
By the end of the 12 weeks, you'll have practical tools, inner strength, and a plan for what’s next. Whether it’s work, relationships, or your wellbeing—you’ll know how to keep going without losing yourself.
I am an ICF-accredited coach, which means I have undergone rigorous training and adhere to high professional standards in coaching. This accreditation equips me with the tools and methodologies to effectively support my clients through their career transitions. I continually engage in professional development to stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and strategies that can benefit my clients.
I lived with endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, and cysts for over 30 years, eventually having a total hysterectomy in 2025. I went through IVF to have my son, and his birth during the COVID-19 pandemic was traumatic—poor care, a missed diagnosis of pre-eclampsia, and an emergency C-section led to postnatal depression.
Through it all, I had to keep going—as a mother, a paramedic, and a professional woman. That journey taught me deep resilience, and it’s why I now coach other women like me—to help them feel seen, supported, and strong again.
